• 3-5+ years' engineering experience in a manufacturing facility with results.
• AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience required.
• Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Collaboration with Production, Materials and Quality teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
