About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Travel & Expense Administrator to oversee and optimize our corporate travel and credit card programs globally. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing policies, vendor relations, employee support, and data analysis related to SAP Concur and our travel programs. The position reports to the Vice President of Procurement & Corporate Real Estate and aims to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and excellent user experience across all related functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global SAP Concur Travel and Credit Card program administrator.
  • Manage daily operations including employee card issuance, expense audits, reconciliations, and system setups.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; update policies as needed.
  • Provide training and support for cardholders and travelers.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Audit teams.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, card providers, and support services.
  • Analyze data to identify savings and policy violations.
  • Prepare reports on program usage, compliance, and savings.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Implement process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP Concur Travel & Expense and credit card programs in a global setting.
  • Experience in policy management, vendor relations, and employee training.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Analytical skills with dashboard development experience.
  • Knowledge of travel industry standards and reconciliation processes.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ownership mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
