Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Director of Transportation to lead and optimize logistics operations across multiple regions, including Europe. You will be responsible for developing strategic logistics plans that enhance service performance and minimize costs. This role involves managing private fleet and carrier resources while ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving high service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Operations, at least 10 years of experience in transportation, and excellent project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in U.S. and Canadian Transportation/Operations.
• Experience managing a Private Fleet for at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
