The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in commercial lending or asset-based financing and is familiar with UCC filings. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive transactions effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial lending, asset-based financing, or related transactional paralegal work preferred.
• Familiarity with UCC filings strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting complex closings and transaction checklists preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of corporate and finance transactions.
• Prepare, proofread, and organize transaction documents.
• Manage post-closing activities and related documentation.
• Prepare and manage electronic and hard-copy closing documentation.
• Maintain an annual target of approximately 1,500 billable hours.
