Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ invites a Global Transportation Spring Co-Op to join our Logistics teams. You will work across US regional logistics, international shipments, and freight audit to gain hands-on experience in a large healthcare supply chain.

The 7-month program runs January to July 2027, full-time 40 hours per week. Applicants should be undergrad freshmen with strong analytical, Excel, and collaboration skills, and be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Freshman year completed is required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher is required.
• No Summer Internship contract or other employment that could interfere with the contract dates.
• Minimum sophomore standing with graduation after the contract end date.
• Clear communicator with concise updates and professional writing.
• Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Analytical mindset for trends, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Own: modernize transportation workflows through digitization and dashboards.
• Learn: requirements gathering, testing/UAT, change management, adoption.
• Deliver: dashboards, automation, and SOPs that reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Support cross-functional teams with shipment visibility and issue resolution across Global Transportation.
