Titanium Industries, Inc. is hiring a Transport Planner in Rockaway, NJ to optimize transportation processes and freight movement.

The role focuses on daily outbound shipments, data analysis and use of transportation management systems to improve logistics performance. This full-time, in-person position requires 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate with carriers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; logistics software experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of UPS shipping software is beneficial.
• Strong management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours to support business needs.
• Willingness to cross-train outside core responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents using the ERP system.
• Use approved external transportation software.
• Schedule freight pickups with carriers and customer routes.
• Ensure timely pickup of shipments and resolve issues.
• Answer internal and external customer queries.
