Qualifications

• Knowledge of HLA in transplant diagnostics is a must.
• Lab background as a medical technologist and/or exposure to biology and immunology are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Assume a lead technical role in product and software development teams.
• Manage technical documentation like user manuals and implementation guides.
• Train cross-functional teams on product improvements and new releases.
• Lead efforts to resolve escalated issues with Transplant products.
