Job summary

Medispend is seeking a Director, Global Transparency reporting directly to the General Manager, Commercial Compliance. This senior leader will drive delivery, operational excellence, and growth of Global Transparency solutions and services across clients.

The role requires coordinating with Product, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales to deliver compliant, high-value outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. Fully remote within the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences transparency, commercial compliance, managed services, or SaaS operations.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, and global transparency reporting requirements.
• Experience with enterprise pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Global Transparency software and managed services.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting obligations and operational deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and lead executive engagements.
• Oversee Global Transparency Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.
• Develop governance processes for regulatory change management and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase automation and scalability.
