The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end transparency reporting, manage data-driven insights, governance, and vendor relationships, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional partnership and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in pharma/biotech with 8 years in compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global compliance laws.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data presentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Sarepta's global transparency reporting programs end-to-end.
• Manage data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead vendor relationships and program communications.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes and training.
