Job summary

General Mills is seeking a senior Manager/Expert, Transfer Pricing, to lead high-impact transfer pricing initiatives across the globe. You will partner with senior stakeholders, coordinate across functions, and shape governance for major business changes and transactions.

The role requires extensive transfer pricing experience and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder matters while coaching a team and influencing across countries. Minneapolis, MN-based, not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Significant transfer pricing experience; related experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing principles, documentation, policy implementation, and cross-border operating models.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder matters with business or tax implications.
• Strong judgment, communication, negotiation, project-management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to deliver results through advisers and matrixed teams across countries.
• Inclusive, collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for transfer pricing activities, including policy, methodology, governance, and guardrails.
• Lead transfer pricing analyses for restructurings, supply-chain transformations, IP, financing, services, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.
• Own the facts, analysis, recommendations, documentation, implementation, and monitoring for assigned matters.
• Partner with external advisers on compliance deliverables; ensure quality and efficient use of resources.
• Lead or support transfer pricing audits, advanced pricing agreements, and other controversy-prevention activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners; translate recommendations into action.
• Develop team capability through coaching and mentoring.
