Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to onboard staff to company operating systems and processes, delivering in-person sessions and ensuring knowledge transfer.

You will validate proficiency, analyze KPI gaps, and retrain staff as modules update, working with Operations, Compliance, HR and Technology to improve training materials and global processes. On-site role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office and data tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff on company operating systems and processes with in-person sessions.
• Ensure new employees are signed off as proficient in modules.
• Analyze KPI gaps to identify training needs.
• Retrain staff on updated system modules and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR and Technology to improve training material and effectiveness.
• Train staff on Power BI and relate analytics to daily workflow.
