Job summary

Brinker International in Coppell, Texas seeks a Global Training and Project Manager to lead training initiatives for Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy. You will drive training leadership, partnerships, and project management across international partners with Spanish fluency.

You will coach teams, develop materials, and manage cross-functional projects while aligning guest experience with profitability. Travel 20–30% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager/Manager.
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.
• Training passion with extensive knowledge and skill.
• Strong project management, detail-oriented, results-driven.
• Well organized, self-managing, able to multi-task and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cross-cultural relationships with international Franchise partners and their operations teams.
• Conduct restaurant visits to coach performance and gather feedback on training brand standards.
• Partner with Brinker Global Department leadership on performance consulting strategies and training solutions.
• Provide training execution support and assist in developing training materials.
• Consult on talent management systems and influence partners to adopt proven strategies.
• Manage Franchise Training and Culinary Contacts for systems, processes and standards; support local openings.
• Execute and present training seminars.
• Manage cross-functional projects and teams with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with domestic L&D to create and support materials for brand rollouts.
• Create, support and maintain team and partner reference materials.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization, franchise community, and vendor partners.
• Apply project management principles to own, drive and improve processes.

Job Summary

This position will provide training leadership, strategic partnership, project management, and operations consultation, to local Franchise partners, team members and our Global team through effective communication, coaching, project management skills and training to achieve training execution that drives and balances Guest Experience and profitability. The training support aspects of this position will be focused on international Chili's locations in Latin America and potentially other regions in the future. Fluent spoken and written Spanish is required.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain cross cultural relationships and links with international Franchise partners and their operations teams in support of their business.
• Conduct restaurant visits to coach performance and gain feedback on an as needed basis to ensure training brand standards are executed at the highest level.
• Partner with Brinker Global Department leadership, operations, and other market support disciplines on performance consulting strategies resulting in targeted training solutions.
• Provide training execution support and assist in the development of training support materials.
• Provide consultation and expertise on holistic talent management systems and processes and influence partners to implement proven strategies consistent with Chili's people philosophies to drive results.
• Manage Franchise Training and Culinary Contacts in the development and execution of required systems, processes and standards, and support for local openings.
• Execute and present training seminars.
• Manage cross-functional projects and project teams with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with domestic Chili's L&D team to create and support all materials for brand roll outs and projects.
• Create, support and maintain materials essential for the team and partner reference.
• Build and maintain relationships across all spectrums of the organization, franchise community, and vendor partners.
• Apply project management principles and techniques to own, drive and improve processes and systems.

International travel 20-30%.

What You Bring to the Team

• Ability to speak and write Spanish with Native/Fluent proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager/Manager.
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.
• Training passion with extensive knowledge and skill.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to drive results
• Well organized, self-managing & motivated, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Analytical skills with strong decision-making ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred.
