Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Less than 3 years of full-time experience post degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements operation improvements through best practices.
• Promotes technical updates and complies with production programs to optimize processes and costs.
• Provides technical support for new projects related to the line/process.
• Monitors product quality and implements action plans as needed.
• Collaborates to meet cost objectives by optimizing use of supplies.
• Ensures machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria.
