Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Excellent communication with business users and trading desks.
• Understanding of trading workflows and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of trading technology solutions for Prime and Equities desks.
• Mentor a small team of developers and support delivery across the US.
• Gather requirements with trading desk stakeholders and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Oversee development using Python, SQL, React and CI/CD best practices.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance and compliance with desk requirements.
