Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Coppell, TX, seeks a Prepress Engineering Project Specialist to support the creation and delivery of trading card products. This role connects Art, Prepress Engineering, Project Management, Mastering, and Project Coordination teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to print-ready delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, manage timelines, maintain documentation, and communicate requirements across teams.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of engineering, prepress, print production, or technical graphics workflows.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate needs between creative and technical teams.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trading card projects within the Prepress Engineering and Mastering workflows.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and handoffs between Art, Engineering, Project Management, and Mastering (Prepress) teams.
• Support engineers by managing project tracking, timelines, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation including schedules, status updates, and change tracking.
• Communicate project requirements, updates, and issues across cross-functional partners.
• Assist with intake and organization of new card projects, including expanding licensed products.
• Help ensure engineering and prepress requirements are clearly understood and met before files move to mastering.
• Identify gaps, risks, or blockers and elevate appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and documentation within PPE.
