Bruker is seeking a Senior Tax Manager of Customs, Trade and Tariff in Billerica, MA. This hybrid role leads customs compliance across the Americas, ensuring regulatory adherence and driving tariff strategy to improve supply chain efficiency.

You will collaborate with Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to align with business goals. The role requires HTS classification, origin analysis, and tariff mitigation, plus audits, governance, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting or Tax with focus on International Business, Supply Chain, Law.
• CPA, JD in Taxation, Licensed Customs Broker, and related trade certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in customs, global trade, tariff management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs and trade compliance programs, including import/export controls and recordkeeping.
• Oversee HTS classification, country-of-origin analysis, and valuation.
• Develop tariff mitigation strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate business impact to leadership.
• Support audits, disclosures, and tariff reconciliation.
