Job summary

Air Products seeks a Classification and Controls Supervisor to lead global trade compliance operations at our Allentown, PA headquarters. You will oversee a team handling SAP GTS processes, classify materials, and ensure shipments comply with U.S. export/import regulations.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and multi‑national coordination. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of related experience, supervisory skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP GTS and SAP ECC/HANA.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise global team handling GTS/SPL blocks and HTN/ECCN classifications.
• Manage SAP GTS workflows for export/import compliance.
• Classify materials and maintain ECCN and HTN codes.
• Review and clear blocked orders; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and compliance projects.
• Submit license applications and maintain regulatory records.
