Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years experience in logistics, sales, or customer service.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail that matters in global trade.
• Interest in how the world moves goods across borders; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics for your assigned region — freight, timelines, problem-solving included
• Build and manage relationships with global carriers, suppliers, and service providers
• Negotiate rates, resolve issues, and keep shipments moving on time and on budget
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Compliance on real customer accounts
• Analyze data, spot inefficiencies, and propose improvements that actually get implemented
