Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Global Trade Governance PM to lead import/export compliance for Leo’s space-enabled broadband program. You will shape trade policies, govern cross-border processes, and drive governance for Leo’s global trade operations.

The role requires extensive experience in global trade, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a track record auditing customs transactions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in global trade, imports & exports.
5+ years working with customs brokers and end-to-end import transactions.
5+ years with advanced Excel and ERP systems (prefer SAP) and data interpretation.
5+ years auditing customs transactions, including self‑assessments.
Experience with import classifications and country of origin determinations.

Responsibilities

Establish strategic trade programs and governance for Leo's Global Trade Compliance team.
Create and maintain policies and procedures across Leo's global trade operations.
Manage import customs compliance for Leo imports including HTS classifications and origin determinations.
Leverage AI tools to manage and track projects to completion.
Maintain electronic import files for audit readiness.
Analyze tariffs & duties.
Maintain compliance SOPs and controls, with continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on imports.
