Job summary

Datamark, Inc. is a BPO and contact center helping customers with multilingual support, back-office tasks, and digital mailroom services. This role focuses on reviewing trade documents, data entry, product classification, and ensuring records are complete and processed on time.

You will contribute to data quality and coordinate with teams involved in shipping and trade operations, upholding accuracy and efficiency in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing accuracy is essential; 35+ WPM preferred.
• Experience in administrative, data entry, shipping, or documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify trade documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter shipment, customs, and invoice data into internal systems.
• Apply product and tariff classification codes using established guidelines.
• Maintain organized digital records of trade and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
• Follow detailed procedures while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Support customs processing through accurate document review and coding.
• Ensure timely processing of import and export paperwork.
