Job summary

Gexpro-Service is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist in Brea, CA to support international transactions and ensure compliance with US customs regulations. The role involves screening for violations, classifying materials for import/export, and coordinating with internal teams to prevent clearance delays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring transactions for potential violations against US Government Policy.
• Classify material for import/export in accordance with US customs regulations (HTS, Schedule B, EAR).
• Work to eliminate customs holds due to incomplete classifications and avoid clearance delays.
• Prepare accurate documentation for international shipments and ensure proper retention.
