The Robotics Trade Strategy (RTS) team seeks a Global Trade Compliance Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling complex, large-scale challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and execute cross-border compliance strategies, implement scalable compliance controls, identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction, and lead strategic initiatives. As a single-threaded leader, you will coordinate efforts across teams, balancing global trade regulations with practical solutions. Collaboration with Technology, Procurement, Compliance Operations, Legal, Tax, and Public Policy teams will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global trade compliance workflow mechanisms with subject matter expertise.
  • Drive automation, process simplification, and improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize work effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate across engineering, commodity management, transportation, tax, and legal teams to align solutions with compliance requirements, costs, supply chain strategies, delivery timelines, and legal risks.
  • Create communication and training plans to ensure partner awareness and alignment with trade compliance governance.
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience (6+ years) in handling imports/exports in accordance with foreign regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with technology, lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
  • Ability to apply trade knowledge to business flows, with an understanding of financial and tax implications.
