You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and guide optimization of import operations and classification efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Certifications related to customs compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment where team engagement is central to driving results.
• Implement the strategy with senior management and managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand, prioritize, and execute customer needs.
• Evaluate current processes for issues and identify efficiencies including automation and process flow.
• Promptly and effectively manage queries and concerns and follow up on actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
