Qualifications

5 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Certifications and/or licenses related to customs compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a supportive environment where team engagement is central to driving results.
Implement the strategy along with senior management and respective managers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are understood, prioritized, and executed as expected.
Evaluate current processes for issues and identify efficiencies including automation and process flow.
Promptly manage all queries and concerns, ensuring issues are registered and followed up; manage corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Adhere to established policies and procedures.
