Job summary

Emerson is seeking an International Trade Compliance Manager for the Appleton business unit, focused on the Americas, to lead, implement, and improve trade compliance programs globally. This role will supervise ITC professionals across locations and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic data and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in multinational ITC, 5+ years in leadership, and a relevant degree; travel of about 25% may be required and legal US work authorization is

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct work experience in multinational International Trade Compliance.
• 5+ years supervising and leading teams, projects, and programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Legal, Business, Finance or related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global trade compliance program activities for Appleton with emphasis on the Americas.
• Lead and implement daily trade compliance programs and initiatives.
• Provide expert advice to locations and departments on trade compliance.
• Manage Manila trade compliance analysts and develop staff.
