Job summary

Horizon Hobby, a leader in the global Radio Control industry, is hiring a Global Trade Compliance Manager for our Champaign, IL campus. This full-time, on-site role leads our trade compliance program and FTZ operations to support global market expansion.

You will work across supply chain, legal, sourcing and product teams to optimize duties, classify goods, manage FTZ benefits, and ensure adherence to U.S. and international regulations. Competitive pay and eligibility for bonus are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global trade compliance experience
• Hands-on FTZ operations management
• Knowledge of CBP, EAR, OFAC regulations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the global trade compliance program across the organization
• Oversee import/export operations, classification, country of origin, and documentation
• Manage and optimize FTZ operations, activation, inventory control, and reporting
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Sourcing, and Product teams
• Provide training and ensure regulatory awareness across teams
