Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Trade Compliance to lead the ongoing development and improvement of our global trade program. This role provides guidance on import, export, customs, sanctions, and other government requirements across the enterprise.

Location: Any US Catalent site. You will train teams, conduct audits, review policies, and support CTPAT and AEO programs. The position offers a competitive salary in the NJ range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related global trade compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with tariff classification, export controls, sanctions, valuation, and country of origin requirements.
• Experience with Foreign-Trade Zones and other preferential duty programs.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly in written and verbal form.
• Cross-functional collaboration with geographically diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global import/export, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
• Support tariff classification and export-control determinations.
• Conduct business-partner screening and sanctions reviews; document findings and actions.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training for employees and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct import/export compliance audits, transaction reviews, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Review and update trade compliance policies and SOPs.
• Lead or support CTPAT, EU/UK AEO, and similar programs.
• Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and new supply chain initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
