H.B. Fuller is offering a paid Demand Planning Intern role in Saint Paul, MN. You will support the demand planning team by improving forecast visibility, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making through data analytics, Power BI, and AI tools.

You will collaborate with demand planners and cross-functional partners to analyze trends, customer and product patterns, and forecast performance. The internship runs 12 weeks with an end-of-summer presentation and opportunities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field with interest in demand planning and analytics.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools is required; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Python is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand planning data to identify trends and forecast gaps.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to show demand trends and key metrics.
• Clean and validate data from multiple sources for accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and forecasting reviews.
• Apply AI concepts to explore practical use cases in demand signal analysis and forecasting.
