Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0-3 years of import/export trade compliance experience with an importer, broker, or freight forwarder.
• Knowledge of 19 CFR regulations, HTS, CTPAT, and customs valuation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance of imported automotive merchandise, ensuring timely and compliant data filing.
• Support export compliance controls including denied party screening, foreign national reviews, and ECCN assignments.
• Manage local content data collection and reporting for Free Trade Agreements and Duty Drawback.
• Partner with OEM suppliers to collect part cost breakdowns and substantiate origin certifications.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for CTPAT and federal regulatory audits.
