Global Trade - Authorizations, Screening, and Sanctions Lead (remote)

Join Collins Aerospace as the Global Trade - Authorizations, Screening, and Sanctions Lead (remote).

This role supports ensuring regulatory compliance with U.S. export and sanctions regulations, including EAR and ITAR, across global sites.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing U.S. export licenses, agreements, and exemptions throughout their lifecycle.
  • Leading sanctions and screening efforts, providing risk mitigation strategies, due diligence, and education.
  • Interpreting regulations related to sanctions, export controls, and trade practices.
  • Representing Enterprise Operations on global trade councils.
  • Assessing emerging compliance issues and supporting training and audits.
  • Collaborating on import/export licensing strategies and managing inquiries and escalations.
  • Utilizing ERP and trade tools like SAP, GTS, ACE, and others.
Qualifications include:
  • Typically a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
  • U.S. Person status as defined by regulations.
  • Experience with U.S. export authorizations, EAR/ITAR regulations, and technology transfer.
Preferred skills:
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP GTS and related trade systems.

Additional info:
