Job summary

onsemi is seeking a proactive professional to join the Global Assembly/Test Capacity & Strategic Planning team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will manage probe and test capacity at onsemi factories and OSATs, collaborating with supply chain, business units, and global manufacturing to align capacity with forecast demand.

The role involves analyzing demand, leading capacity growth plans, and influencing test time improvements and platform migrations. Occasional travel is required across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• MBA is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in semiconductors and manufacturing operations or supply chain is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global demand to identify capacity improvements.
• Conduct quarterly supply reviews and annual strategic planning.
• Influence product engineering plans for test time improvements and platform migrations.
• Assess factory performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Define capacity growth plans with equipment needs and business case ownership.
• Analyze and improve new product capacity planning processes.
