Job summary

Bestica Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Director to lead end-to-end technical delivery for a strategic US Tier 1 Telecom Operator. This senior role requires driving complex programs, managing executive relationships, and leading global technical teams.

You will oversee delivery governance, KPIs, revenue forecasting, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Managed Services to ensure top-tier outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of telecom delivery leadership experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 telecom operators.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across scope, execution, governance, escalations, and customer outcomes.
• Lead complex telecom programs for strategic Tier 1 customers.
• Manage project scoping, planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery execution.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor and primary escalation point for customer leadership.
• Drive delivery governance, KPIs, quality improvements, automation, and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on new opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Managed Services teams.
• Own revenue forecasting and support financial and operational targets.
• Lead global technical teams and optimize delivery capacity and resources.
• Manage technical escalations, delivery risks, testing, and mitigation plans.
• Champion automation and test automation initiatives to improve quality and speed.
