Job summary

Bank of America’s Global Technology Summer Analyst Program provides a 10-week, hands-on internship to work on cutting-edge technology across mobile and online banking, payments, cyber-security, data management and infrastructure.

You will begin with a week-long in-person orientation, receive guidance from mentors, and contribute to a real internship project with formal goal-setting and review, plus networking with Enterprise leaders.

Qualifications

Fundamental knowledge of programming languages, data visualization tools, application frameworks, distributed systems and databases.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, including changing priorities and responsibilities.
Strong influencing skills with ability to work across teams.
Autonomy, initiative, leadership, teamwork and communication.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Strong academic and technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements.
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
Work closely with development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
Document processes, procedures and workflows.
Create and maintain training materials for end-users.
Demonstrate foundational understanding of the business/technical domain in your specialization.
