Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or STEM; 6+ years internal audit experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically ~15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with key audit stakeholders to review concepts, gaps or issues with risk management and control design elements, support and conclusions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the globe; adaptability and strong understanding of global business practices are key attributes for success.
• Adapt testing approach based on risks identified.
• Assess documentation, processes, methods, policies, costs, and other factors to determine if assigned scope areas are operating in accordance with established controls and adequately mitigates identified risks.
• Prepares clear and well-organized audit work documentation within an automated workflow documenting root cause, work performed, investigation summaries, and recommendations.
• Complete tasks within project budget and on time.
• With oversight, perform audit work and test internal controls by reviewing evidence to conclude on design and operational effectiveness of controls.
• Assist with drafting and presenting initial audit observations to IA leadership and stakeholders.
