Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Manager, Technical Training responsible for designing, delivering, and improving learning programs to enable Sales, Service, and Distributors to competently install, support, and train on Hunter equipment.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality Analysis, and Product Management to align content with product strategy and field needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, adult learning, or blended learning.
• Strong background in technical learning and development within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Experience delivering scalable training solutions for channel partners and global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve global learning programs for Sales, Service, Distributors, and Partners.
• Create scalable curricula and onboarding programs for new Hunter Training staff and refresher courses.
• Develop aligned curricula for new product launches and ensure readiness for field and customer teams.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): course structure, certifications, tracking, and reporting.
