Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional and global project teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing multi-site project teams.
• Independent working style with clear status updates.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of product development projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional and global project teams.
• Serve as liaison to Program Management for status, schedules, and requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, track actions, and ensure timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to meet deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, including capital requests and product costing.
• Drive decisions to accelerate market entry, production, and profitability.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) is applied throughout development.
• Oversee capacity planning to meet demand across project phases.
• Support implementation of systems required for product ordering and manufacturing readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks using structured methods and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate globally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
