Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager in Raleigh, NC (also locations in Valley Green, PA and Santa Clara, CA) to lead complex new product development initiatives in high-speed connectivity and electronics manufacturing. You will drive project execution, align with customer and business objectives, and manage cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, budget monitoring, risk mitigation, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 4+ years of experience in connectors or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience leading global or multi-site project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of product development projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional and global project teams ensuring scope alignment.
• Communicate project status, schedules, and requirements to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and product costing; manage capital requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks using structured methods.
