Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Global, to oversee IT projects across NA, EMEA, and APAC from a Denver base. The role collaborates with Construction and suppliers, manages budgets and schedules, and drives improvements with data-driven dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in technical environments, strong networking knowledge in data centers, and certifications such as Prince2 or Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience with emphasis on continuous improvement in a technical field with demonstrable results.
• Extensive experience project managing complex data center migrations with an emphasis on IT Design.
• Strong knowledge of networking within a data center and how it interconnects disparate systems such as Security, BMS, etc.
• Highly skilled at reporting Key Performance Indicators using automated reporting and live dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource management, reporting, and implementation of IT projects globally, including NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Coordinate and deliver IT projects on schedule and within budget, handling challenges with strategic problem-solving.
• Collaborate with departments and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and develop performance measurements, metrics, and dashboards to provide analytical insights.
• Coach, mentor, and train others on continuous improvement techniques and reporting results.
• Ensure project handover activities, manuals, and training are completed successfully.
