Supermicro is seeking a Technical Support Associate to support our Global Service network and help build a world class field engineering organization. This role requires providing technical support over phone and/or web to customers on hardware and software issues.

It involves working flexible hours, potentially on weekends or holidays, and collaborating with engineers, account managers and developers to resolve problems, document procedures, and drive customer satisfaction through service

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support over phone and web to customers on hardware and software issues.
• Work flexible hours including weekends/holidays if needed.
• Determine root cause and deliver timely resolutions.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with engineers to restore service.
• Contribute to knowledge base, fault triage, and training materials.
