Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define TCG-specific sustainability strategy aligned with growth and resilience.
• Translate global ESG expectations into practical, product-level execution.
• Advise senior leadership on risk, trade-offs, and opportunity.
• Lead initiatives across sustainable materials, packaging redesign, emissions reduction, waste minimization, and responsible sourcing.
• Own sustainability data architecture for TCG and define KPIs.
