Job summary

Koch is seeking an International Tax Manager to join our growing tax team. This role offers a chance to deepen tax expertise through exposure to complex global issues and collaboration with a strong team of professionals.

The position can be based in Wichita, KS, Plano, TX, or Atlanta, GA, and focuses on US federal international taxation, planning, and compliance for multinational operations. You will mentor staff and drive cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. Federal international taxation and reporting.
• Ability to mentor tax staff and interns.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT.
• Understanding of U.S. international tax attributes.

Responsibilities

• Review U.S. informational returns for U.S. multinational entities.
• Review U.S. Federal international calculations and workpapers (GILTI, SubPart F, FTCs).
• Develop and train senior tax analysts, tax analysts, and/or tax interns.
• Track and model global tax positions and impacts on the effective tax rate.
• Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and tax incentives.
