Job summary

Veralto seeks a Manager, Global Tax Strategy to partner with the global tax department and operating companies to develop, execute, and document our global tax strategy. This role supports cross-border planning, M&A due diligence, transfer pricing, and cash management while collaborating with Corporate Development, Treasury, and Legal.

The position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Tax Strategy, may be remote or hybrid with some travel; US/intl experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/JD preferred.
• 6+ years of cross-border structuring experience with US/international tax rules.
• Experience advising complex global enterprises through major accounting or law firms.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and assist global tax efforts with Senior Director of Global Tax Strategy.
• Partner with operating companies on tax compliance, benefits, and risk.
• Support M&A due diligence, pre-/post-transaction structuring, and financing.
• Support transfer pricing initiatives and value chain transformation with Director of Global Transfer Pricing.
• Assist cash management, intercompany flows, and debt planning.
• Interface with external advisors on due diligence and planning.
• Manage legal entity establishment/elimination and related documentation.
• Oversee external advisors and budgeting processes for tax.
• Propose process improvements to automate and reduce waste.
• Support governance and policy refinement per tax manual.
