The ideal candidate has 5+ years in income tax with strong Excel, ASC 740 knowledge, and experience in ERP/tax tech. This role requires in-office presence with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in income tax, public accounting, and/or multinational corporate tax.
• Proven knowledge of U.S. corporate income taxation and ASC 740 accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and PM capabilities.
• Knowledge of international tax concepts (NCTI, FDDEI, foreign tax credits, TP, Pillar II).
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision, SAP, and tax tech solutions preferred.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Coopersburg, PA for 5-day in-office schedule.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20%
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global income tax compliance activities, including U.S. federal, state, and select international filings.
• Support international tax calculations and data gathering with external advisors.
• Lead transfer pricing, CbCR, and OECD Pillar II compliance efforts.
• Maintain tax calendars and documentation for timely compliance.
• Coordinate ASC 740 tax provision processes and review deliverables.
• Analyze effective tax rates, deferred taxes, and tax positions.
• Prepare tax forecasts and variance analyses.
• Monitor tax balances and disclosures.
• Prepare cash tax forecasts for budgeting and planning.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external advisors on tax initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and ERP transformation projects related to tax reporting.
