Lutron Electronics seeks a Lead Tax Analyst to join our Finance team at our Coopersburg, PA headquarters. You will support global income tax compliance, reporting, forecasting, and planning, working with business leaders, finance teams, and external advisors to provide analysis and insights on income taxes and drive improvements in tax processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including income tax, public accounting, or multinational corporate tax.
• Knowledge of U.S. corporate income taxation and ASC 740 accounting required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global income tax compliance across U.S. federal, state, and select international filings.
• Support transfer pricing, CbCR, and OECD Pillar II compliance processes.
