The role sits in the International Services Group, reporting to leadership, mentoring tax professionals, and coordinating with domestic teams and foreign advisors to deliver integrated solutions. CPA license and 10+ years in public accounting required.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with significant international tax.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international corporate/entity tax law.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and international structures.
• Ability to manage multiple complex engagements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex international tax engagements for multinationals and high-net-worth clients.
• Advise on cross-border planning, structures, transactions, and compliance.
• Oversee preparation and review of U.S. tax returns with cross-border implications.
• Research and advise on international tax matters (CFCs, GILTI, PFICs).
• Monitor tax law changes and inform clients and teams.
• Coordinate with domestic and foreign advisors for integrated solutions.
• Review returns and workpapers for technical accuracy.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Mentor professionals and support recruiting.
• Lead knowledge base within the International Services Group.
