Job summary

Doeren Mayhew CPAs and Advisors seeks an International Tax Director to lead complex cross-border tax engagements and provide strategic planning for multinational clients. You will guide tax compliance, advise on structuring, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables while collaborating with the International Services Group.

The role demands 10+ years in public accounting with strong leadership, client management, and deep knowledge of U.S. international tax law. CPA required, based in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• Active CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax engagements for multinationals, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Advise on cross-border tax planning, structures, and reporting.
• Oversee U.S. tax returns with cross-border implications.
• Research and advise on international tax matters including CFCs, Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, PFICs, tax treaties, and withholding.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and communicate impact to clients and team.
