Qualifikationen

• Certified public accountant or MST with strong corporate tax experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and SEC regulations.
• Experience managing international tax provisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision.

Aufgaben

• Manage all activities of the international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end tax provisions per ASC740.
• Oversee Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE calculations.
• Interact with Treasury, Legal, Finance and external providers to ensure timely provisions.
• Oversee international statutory tax provisions and SOX compliance.
• Lead and develop the Krakow-based tax team.
