Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• CPA/EA/attorney licensure is required or preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of operational delivery experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Coordinate client communications and monitor KPIs across workstreams.
• Ensure standardized processes and guide training and performance management.
