Job summary

Twitch is seeking a US and international tax manager to support tax planning for its digital entertainment business. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Tax, and collaborate with tax planning, tax ops/compliance, and cross-functional teams.

You can work from Irvine, CA, or other listed cities, focusing on US and non-US tax issues while coordinating with Legal, Finance and business partners. The role blends analysis, guidance, and stakeholder education.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of US tax concepts and international tax issues.
Experience providing practical business-facing guidance on tax planning for multinational digital businesses.
Ability to explain complex tax topics to non-tax stakeholders.
Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting in a large tech environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze US and non-US direct and indirect tax and tax reporting impacts of Twitch projects.
Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation.
Educate business partners and internal teams on tax issues and recommendations.
Socialize final tax requirements with Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and other teams.
