Siemens seeks a Senior Tax Manager for its Digital Industries Software (DISW) business. Hybrid position in Plano, TX or Iselin, NJ, leading complex partnership and corporate tax compliance and provision.

You will mentor staff, collaborate across business units, and handle international tax, M&A integration, and tax modeling while driving process improvements and responding to tax law changes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance required.
• 7+ years in public accounting and/or multinational internal tax department.
• 7+ years of corporate income tax reporting knowledge.
• 7+ years in consultative roles incl international tax, transfer pricing, M&A.
• 7+ years in technical and research skills for tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Corptax, MS Office, Adobe, Alteryx, SAP and Tableau.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex partnership and corporate tax compliance and provision.
• Review quarterly/annual tax provisions and reports with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee federal and state partnership returns (Forms 1120, 1065) with Subchapter K rules.
• Prepare international returns (Form 5471, 8858) and related calculations.
• Support international tax calculations including FTC, FDII, and GILTI.
• Assist in M&A integration and IP structuring for global entities.
• Mentor staff and coordinate cross-functional tax projects.
• Engage with tax authorities and business units on planning and controversy.
• Respond to tax law changes and drive process improvements.

Formação

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance

Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting, MBA, JD, or LLM in tax
